The problem and solution we've found.
Students are constantly attending career day panels. By crowdsourcing the answers to students' Top 5 Questions they ask people on career day panels, we thus bring the career day panel to students, saving them time and effort. On our website, you'll find only the top 100 companies hiring college graduates.
Research also shows that millennials are more likely to switch jobs than their predecessors, making many employers cite employee retention as a major concern. Having a mentor to guide one along one’s career path is key to being more efficient (avoided school fees, less probability of entering the wrong career and switching jobs) and well informed about just what it is one wants to do with one’s life.
